Talbot Hotel Art Competition 2023
Well done to all of our youth artists who took part in this years Talbot Hotel Art Competition. The standard was extremely high and from all of the very talented students who entered, some of you were fortunate enough to win prizes. Congratulations! Art With A Heart 2023 Art Exhibition
Over the last few years volunteers from the art classes have formed a team to take part in the Wexford Relay For Life. This fantastic community event raises funds for the Irish Cancer Society through the actions of volunteer teams who carry out fund raising activities throughout the year, culminating in a 24 hour event held each July. It's a truly unique event with a unique atmosphere, being a celebration for those who have survived cancer, an opportunity to remember those lost to the illness, and a wonderful coming together of the wider community.
Any of our students are welcome to join the Art With A Heart volunteer team and participate to whatever level of involvement suits them.
Our fund raising activities will kick off with the Art With A Heart Pop-Up Exhibition of student and artist works, all going up for sale on a single night. This year, that event will take place in the Talbot Hotel on Monday 5th June 2023, from 7 to 10pm. As well as artworks for sale, there will be a raffle with some great prizes. Please come along and support us!
