Art Classes
A general description of my method of teaching and testimonials can be found on the method page of this site. Below, on this page, you can view a short summary of each type of class currently available and the cost per term. By clicking on the View Details button in each category you will find a more in depth description of that class and the specific times and dates available.
Please note:
-
There are various classes to suit different student requirements, from follow along step-by-step online drawing classes, to studio painting and mosaic classes covering a variety of subjects and techniques.
-
You can start any time during a term.
-
You don't need any materials for your first class. I can provide the basics to start you off and you then buy what you need once we know where you want to go.
-
You don't need to have any previous drawing or painting experience to start attending the majority of my art classes.
-
In the early stages of learning, I believe that you should work in the medium and style that feels most natural and intuitive to you. Each student therefore works on a different project at their own pace under my guidance.
-
The classes are very sociable but you decide what level of interaction suits you in the class.
-
All classes are run in accordance with current government guidelines relating to coronavirus prevention.
-
Due to current demand for places, please do not turn up at the studio looking to join a class without speaking to me beforehand and securing a place.
-
Most classes are two hours long and there is a cafe in the building and ample free parking adjacent to the studio.
So, please get in touch if you think you might be interested in trying an art class. I would be very happy to talk to you and help you find the right artistic route for you!
